With over two decades of expertise in shaping and implementing growth strategies, my professional journey began as a procurement-focused consultant. Later I successfully sold multi-billion Euro solution projects, honed my strategic skills as a consultant at BCG, acquiring a comprehensive toolkit dedicated to propelling employers and clients towards innovative growth strategies, positioning them on the cusp of the next S-curve.
My specialization extends to crafting innovation growth strategies for diverse sectors, including Telcos, software and solutions companies, digital services providers, and hardware enterprises seeking to reinvent their offerings and evade the commoditization trap.
My role involves guiding clients through a structured approach centered on achieving profitable growth, prioritizing substantial results over “shiny widgets” or dead-end pilot projects. Recognizing that insight gains true value only through implementation and tangible impact, I collaborate closely with client teams across all phases. I am also available as interim manager ensuring a comprehensive and enduring transformation, driving sustained change and profitability.
I hold a Master of Economics from Kiel University, an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and used to work at The Boston Consulting Group in Boston. I was an executive at innovative companies like Siemens, Dell, Verifone and Viessmann, and grew 2 start-ups to an exit. I am currently angel investing in start-ups in Europe and the US and am teaching Strategy and Innovation at emlyon business school in Paris and Lyon. In addition I have consulted for over a dozen clients so far.
